Assistant Manager:
Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages & Vacation homes is seeking an Assistant Manager. This is a full-time year round position. Hospitality experience is preferred but we are will are willing to train the right candidate.
Skillset:
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing attitude
- Team player
- Multitasker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General computer skills (we use Office, Outlook, ResNexus & QuickBooks)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Respond to guest calls, emails & texts
- Create guest reservations
- Handle needs of onsite guests
- Assist General Manger with daily bookkeeping
- Monitor and restock inventory
- Coordinate Housekeeping staff
- Assist with Housekeeping when needed
- Various other duties as assigned
Seasonal Housekeeper:
