As part of the Cape Vincent Municipal Water District, we offer good, safe drinking water.<\/p>\n Bathrooms are full sized and contain tub showers or stand up showers, sink, and toilet.<\/p>\n Each of our Vacation Homes offer a sleeper sofa in the living room area. Each house has a deck with picnic table and outdoor chairs.<\/p>\n Each home is equipped with an outdoor gas barbeque grill and grilling tools. We provide the propane.<\/p>\n Our protected dockage must be reserved in advance. Boat launch facilities are available nearby.<\/p>\n We offer single sit on top Kayaks, 2-person kayaks and a 2 person canoe. These kayaks and canoe can be rented by the day or week.<\/p>\n All guests are welcome to fish from our docks – bring your own gear.<\/p>\n All homes include cable service and flat screen televisions.<\/p>\n All homes have hotspot wireless internet access.<\/p>\n All Vacation Homes offer central air and heat.<\/p>\n Beds are made ready for arrival, including linens, blankets & pillows. Guests are responsible for towels and paper products. For your spare time entertainment, we offer horseshoe pits, volleyball, shuffleboard courts, a children’s play area and assorted board games, along with kayak and canoe rentals.<\/p>\n Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay.\u00a0 At check out, guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. \u00a0All dishes should be washed, dried, and put away; trash and recycling should be put in the trash and recycling area, any open food should be taken with you or discarded, sweeping and vacuuming done and gas grill cleaned. The exception is making beds and cleaning bathrooms – please do not make the beds you used \u2013 we will wash the bedding and re-make the bed, and we also thoroughly clean the bathrooms. You may choose not to do the requested cleaning, in which case we charge a housekeeping fee of $50 per cottage ($100 for vacation homes #17, #18, #19, $200 for vacation homes #15, #16, #20, #21 and Clayton Home and $300 for Deluxe vacation home).<\/p>\n We offer coin operated washers & dryers, located near the office. Because these are new high efficiency machines, we provide the required high efficiency laundry detergent at no charge. Please note – guests will not be allowed to use their own detergent, therefore anyone with special detergent needs will need to go to the local Laundromat. This is seasonal – laundry is open May 1 to October 31. (All Vacation Homes offer a washer and dryer with no extra charge).<\/p>\n Sorry, we do not allow pets, however, we can provide you with contacts for local kennels.<\/p>\n All homes are non-smoking. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, not inside the homes. Failure to comply with non-smoking policies will result in an additional charge.<\/p>\n Option 1: 50% pre-payment.\u00a0 Rental pre-payments are non-refundable. If you must cancel, we will try to find another guest to take over your reservation. If we do re-rent it, we will deduct a handling fee equal to one night’s stay from your pre-payment and issue you a refund of the balance. No refund will be issued if your rental remains vacant. Refunds are never issued on one or two night stay reservations.<\/p>\n Option 2: Worry Free Booking.
