Cottage #1 - This riverfront three-bedroom cottage is best suited for 6 people, and will accommodate a maximum of 8 people.  Each bedroom has a double bed, plus the living area has a futon/sofa.  It's fully equipped, with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, pots & pans, etc, and also has cable service and TV.  The entire front of this cottage is picture windows, offering an incredible view.  It also has a large deck and a nice river view yard area.   This cottage is reached by stairs, as is our riverfront and dock area.

Peak Season $1025/week or $169/night
Non-peak $675/week or $130/night
