We have recently purchased and newly renovated a beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath home in Clayton. (Read more about the village of Clayton at the bottom of this page...)  This renovation was done with love, by Dan - as it was his family home.  You'll have views of the St. Lawrence River, French Bay  and French Creek.  Sliding glass doors from both the dining room and master bedroom open onto a large deck and very large, private yard.  Upscale features include central air, custom hickory cabinets, kitchen island, Corian countertops, wood laminate flooring throughout the downstairs and Berber carpet upstairs, washer/dryer, cable and internet plus a Jacuzzi tub.  No detail was overlooked, right down to the bronze light fixtures & door handles and custom iron stairway rails.  Everything is new in this home - appliances, wiring, plumbing, windows, furnace, siding - everything!  An ample parking area for 3 to 4 cars is surrounded by stonework.  This home must be seen to be appreciated.  

This home is fully equipped for your stay, including dishes, glassware, silverware, coffee maker & toaster.  Each of the four bedrooms has a queen sized bed.  Pillows, blankets and linens are provided and beds are freshly made prior to your arrival.  Guests need only bring towels, toiletries and paper products.

Weekend, weekly or monthly rentals are available - minimum stay of three nights.  (Weekly rentals in this home are available on flexible start and end dates - Saturday arrival is not required - allowing guests to enjoy a full weekend in Clayton for boat shows, special events, weddings, etc.).

Summer 2009 (mid-June through August):
  Minimum stay is 3 nights:
3 night stay - $725
Weekly rate is $1495
5% discount for 2 weeks stay
10% discount for 3 or more weeks
 

September 2009 through Mid-June 2010:
2 to 3 night weekend - $495
4 night midweek - $495
Week - September through mid-June - $995
Month - September through mid-June - $2000
 

Rates shown are for up to 8 people.
Add $75/week or $15/night for each additional adult or child.
